Wednesday 8th March 1995
Today I saw some really cool birds out by the park! There was a really pretty blue and black bird which i will google the name of at some point. I watched it fly throughm the trees and perch on a branch just above the bench opposite me! i took a few photos while it was still there (sorry for the bad quality) I took this sighting as a sign that i should buy myself a little coffee! You know what they say, a bird sighting a day keeps the cafe's happy hahahahaha.

Not very much to report today, but I did see these reeealllly cute pigdeons out by my college! Aren't they so cute? Sometimes I like to make up little stories about the birds I see. These ones for example look like a married couple finally out on a date after leaving their kids with a babysitter. They can finally have some time to theselves to slow down and appreciate the person they fell in love with all those years ago. They can reminise on the wacky hijinks they got up to in their youths, and really rekindle the spark of their relationship that had been long since put out by the overwhelming pressures of their lives. Or they're just 2 birds sat next to eachother hahaha
Wednesday 22nd February 1995
You will not BELIEVE what I saw today! it was a (insert rare bird species here)! i've only ever seen pictures of this bird online from some other bird watching enthusiasts such as myself, but to see it in real life is just... wow... I feel so happy that I could explode!! I was just sat on a bench with my binoculars, looking out to see some birds perched nearby when i turn my head ever so slightly to the left and BAM a (insert bird) was just there!! I didn't get to take any photos i was so in shock of what I saw but you'll have to believe me! I don't think I'll ever be so happy as I am right now!

Happy Valentines day to all you Bird lovers! If you're anything like me, you also took today as a day to spend time with your loved ones... of course by loved ones I mean the birds! I did some intense birdwatching today from just outside my college campus. It was just me, my trusty binoculars, and an abnormal amount of pidgeons around haha.
